The hotel was built to the specifications of Holiday Inn and the hotel has a classic theme in the design of the lobby and rooms. The well-appointed rooms are large and are at least 22 m2 in size. They are all equipped with large bathrooms that have spacious bathtubs. They also come with complimentary high-speed wireless and wired internet connections.

The hotel provides a full and widely varied breakfast. Guests can also have lunch or dinner at the popular restaurant “Izumi” which overlooks a beautiful Japanese garden and serves Japanese and Western food. There are retail stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. There are also many restaurants and bars that are open until late at night.

The nearest station is Izumisano station which is two short stations away from Kansai Airport. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Izumisano station.
